Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and z25 ("z25," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the z25 website at z25.asia or using any z25 product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the z25 platform.
z25 (operating at z25.asia) is an online gaming platform regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and licensed to offer casino games, sports betting, e-Sabong, bingo, and related services to eligible players. z25 is incorporated under Philippine law and operates in full compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
These Terms govern all interactions between z25 and its registered players, including account creation, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, bonuses, and responsible gaming obligations. These Terms should be read together with the z25 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
z25 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the z25 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a z25 account. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and is strictly enforced. z25 uses identity verification procedures to confirm player age. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all bets placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method.
You may only use z25 from jurisdictions where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before using z25. z25 does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where its operations are not permitted.
Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from online gambling — whether through z25's own self-exclusion program or through any PAGCOR-administered exclusion register — are not eligible to register or maintain a z25 account. If you are aware of an existing self-exclusion and attempt to register, your account will be closed upon discovery and any remaining balance returned.
Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of z25, its affiliates, software providers, and payment processors are not eligible to hold a z25 player account or participate in any z25 promotional offer.
To register a z25 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration. z25 relies on the accuracy of the information you provide.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one z25 account. Creating multiple accounts — including under different names, mobile numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited. z25 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first verified account may be closed and associated balances forfeited.
In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and general Philippine financial regulations, z25 requires all players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals above minimum thresholds or upon request at any time. KYC verification requires submission of:
z25 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of complete document submission. Incomplete submissions will delay the verification process. z25 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z25 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. z25 will never ask you for your password or OTP via any channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify z25 immediately at [email protected]. z25 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
z25 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). z25 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name.
The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, and any applicable transaction limits, are as displayed in the z25 Cashier section at the time of the transaction. Limits are subject to change without advance notice.
Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 1–6 hours via GCash and PayMaya during support hours (8 AM–12 MN PHT). Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one banking day. z25 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to releasing withdrawal funds, which may extend processing time. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible.
z25 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. z25 is not responsible for fees applied by third-party payment providers.
All bets placed on z25 are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product — casino table games, slots, sports betting, e-Sabong, and bingo each operate under their own product-specific rules as displayed within the respective game interface. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule prevails for that product only.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the z25 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. z25 reserves the right to void a bet that was accepted in error — for example, if a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed — and will notify the affected player and restore the stake to their account in such cases.
z25 sports betting odds are set by z25's trading team and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate in real time. z25 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has effectively been decided, where there has been a delay in data feeds. Results will be settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body.
e-Sabong bets at z25 are settled based on the official result declared by the presiding referee (sentensyador) at the PAGCOR-authorized cockpit at which the match is streamed. z25 is not responsible for technical streaming interruptions that do not affect the actual match result. In the event of a draw (empate), bets will be settled according to the applicable cockpit draw rules in effect at the time.
z25 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum cashout limits. All content on the z25 platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data structures — is the property of z25 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the z25 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any z25 content without express written permission from z25.
z25 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the z25 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including disclosure to PAGCOR and Philippine regulatory bodies as required by law. z25 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, z25's liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the z25 platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the player's z25 wallet at the time the claim arises. z25 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if z25 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
z25 is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, third-party payment provider failures, or PAGCOR-directed operational suspensions.
z25 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where there is suspected violation of these Terms, evidence of fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or non-compliance with PAGCOR requirements. Where an account is closed by z25 due to a violation, any remaining balance may be held pending investigation. Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting z25 support at [email protected].
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through z25's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines or, where applicable, resolved through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.
z25 may amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, z25 will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file. Your continued use of the z25 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
